As Technology Transfer Product and Business Development Manager, I apply my experience with business scalability and data analysis to the AgriThority® TrialWerx® large-scale on-farm trial system.
Ensuring product success at the farmgate is an essential step when commercializing new products, and I’m driven to provide AgriThority clients with in-depth product analysis needed to have successful product launches.
Growing up in a multi-generational farming family, I was actively involved in 4-H and FFA and worked as a farm hand on my family’s dairy and cow-calf operation. I learned the value of working with my hands and truly enjoyed being able to see and quantify the results of my hard work. This led me to the University of Missouri where I majored in Agribusiness Management and worked for the University Cooperative Extension office, which is where I was first introduced to AgriThority.
After college, I sought opportunities with tech startups where I had the opportunity to work closely with retailers and farmers to optimize operations. This furthered my passion for collaboration and my drive to generate quantifiable data and practical results for new agricultural technologies and innovations. I appreciate the quality of research and depth of collaboration between the University of Missouri and AgriThority. When the opportunity arose to lead the TrialWerx initiative, I knew I’d found a place that lived at the intersection of my interests. I’m glad to be part of a collaborative team dedicated to increasing product success at the farmgate and moving innovation to market.
