Wes Johnson Sales and Marketing Specialist
Motivated by challenges, I am excited to continue learning about our ever-changing agricultural industry. Growing up on a crop and livestock farm in Iowa, I learned how to work as general farm labor and owned my own pigs and cows. My active involvement in FFA projects ultimately led me to Iowa State University where I received my degree in Dairy Science and Ag Education.
After teaching vocational agriculture in Iowa high schools for eight years, I relocated to Kansas City and began my career in sales and marketing in ag and animal health sectors—where I’ve been for more than 33 years.
Specializing in sales, marketing and database management, I also have extensive experience in market research and pride myself on relationship building. I will use my passion and experience to help AgriThority® clients as they create go-to-market and market access strategies and plans. I am also excited to help evaluate the competitive landscapes and adoption process as new innovations are developed.
