Earlier this month, Jerry Duff visited St. Louis for the US Biostimulants Summit and attended Keith Matthews’s panel discussion on “Policy and Regulations Shaping the US Biostimulants Industry.”

During the Q&A two points were emphasized:

  1. Startup companies are encouraged to address regulatory strategy early in the product development process to identify the pathway to product registrations; and,
  2. Business strategy must be considered as well in order to coordinate registration pathways in other priority countries. Also recommended are pre-meetings with EPA and state regulatory bodies to help with direction for the registration process, including pitfalls to avoid.

At AgriThority® we emphasize these points with our clients as we work to move new hashtag#biostimulant products and hashtag#technologies to market.
