As a Product Development Associate in Brazil, I’m inspired to help farmers develop their businesses, and in the process, help produce food for the growing world population.
I studied at a boarding school with a farm as a child and had the opportunity to learn about agriculture and livestock. Realizing my love for the technical aspects of agriculture, I studied agronomic engineering, later specializing in plant protection in my master’s and doctorate. I also worked as a university professor, where I taught young people the technical aspects of agronomy.
I worked for a multinational for 14 years in research and development of plant protection and development of corn and soybean seeds. Most recently, I have been working with more than 10 countries routinely in all technical aspects, which allows me to put all my knowledge to use and explore the capacity of these techniques in different countries.
All these experiences prepared me to support AgriThority® clients’ positions and sell their products in new markets. I’m passionate about creating relationships with clients to position AgriThority® as a vital development and commercial partner. I use my experience in plant breeding for disease resistance and the development of fungicides and insecticides to help clients achieve their product development goals.
