Growing up in a small town in southern Brazil, I frequently accompanied my father, an agronomist and farmer, to the coffee, soybean, corn and wheat fields. He taught me the importance of relationships, friendship, hard work and lifelong learning – lessons that I carry with me to this day and strive to bring to my daily routine.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working closely with farmers and companies to conduct research trials on experimental areas. Additionally, I have been involved in both on-farm research trials and greenhouse studies. It has been a fulfilling experience to collaborate with individuals who share a passion for advancing agricultural knowledge and improving sustainability practices.
