At AgriThority®, my mission is to develop, position and accelerate the entry of innovations into the Brazilian market. In just six short months at AgriThority®, I’ve worked on 38 field trials, five crops and four technologies.
At this moment, I feel particularly motivated because AgriThority® gives me the opportunity to interact daily with innovative clients and to lead projects with disruptive and environmentally–friendly technologies.
Since I was a child, I always dreamed of working in agriculture. My grandfather was the first agronomist I met, and his stories, ideals, knowledge and achievements inspired me. Studying agronomy was a natural path, and I have earned a specialization in crop protection from Federal University of Viçosa, a degree in Agricultural Engineering (Agronomy) from Federal University of Lavras, as well as my MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas – FGV.
For more than 20 years, I have worked with multinational organizations like Aventis, BASF, Adama and Bayer developing new chemical, biological, biostimulants and seeds. I was able to closely follow the agriculture evolution with the modernization of pesticides and the rise of biologicals, new management practices, digitalization and connectivity in the field.
