Through high school, I was heavily involved in 4-H, and I truly believe in this motto:
I pledge my head to clearer thinking,
My heart to greater loyalty,
My hands to larger service,
and my health to better living,
for my club, my community, my country, and my world.
That’s what I strive to bring to AgriThority®, my co-workers and our clients every day. Growing up on a small cattle ranch in South Texas, I learned the value of hard work and maintaining good relationships. My early career goal was to be a county agent to give back to producers and growers on a personal and professional or educational level.
I ended up giving back through my work with Bayer and Gustafson by helping seed treatments and crop protection products improve growers’ operations. My career then took me international, which allowed me to see, understand and serve more of the world.
In my role at AgriThority® as Global Manager, Client Services, I focus on relationships. We’re in a service business, and we work hard to keep our clients returning for our services throughout the product, business or market development process. To me, that means relationships are important, and relationship-building is a strength I bring to the team.
As part of a service business, you have to deliver.
