Growing up in rural Iowa, I had friends who lived on farms and their lives fascinated me. Iowa State University and my first job at Becker Underwood immersed me in the world of agriculture and agronomy.
My early experiences exposed me to the intricacies of the industry, provided a foundation of knowledge in the field and sparked a passion for agriculture that I still carry with me to this day. These experiences also introduced me to the regulatory aspect of agriculture and drove me to learn more about navigating the complex regulatory landscapes.
Agriculture is the foundation of everything in our society. Our existence depends on the fundamental principles of hard work, dedication and perseverance to the land on which we live. I’m dedicated to working within these principles to find new solutions to sustain our global agricultural economy, particularly within novel biological products.
